What We Do

Our Mission

Our mission is to create an engaging and educational exhibit that fosters curiosity and appreciation for marine life. Through our interactive exhibits, we inspire our clients guests to learn about the unique behaviors and habitats of stingrays and sharks while promoting conservation awareness and a deeper connection to our oceans. We work to achieve this mission by being supportive to our co-workers, our clients and most importantly, the animals that make our exhibits possible.

What We Do

Guest Experience

Interaction

Visitors can interact with stingrays by gently touching their smooth, flat bodies as they glide through shallow water, under the guidance of trained staff to ensure a safe and educational experience.

Conservation

We highlight the importance of protecting marine ecosystems, promoting sustainable practices, and fostering an appreciation for these gentle creatures with their role in maintaining ocean health.

Enrichment

Trained staff assist with stingray enrichment by providing stimulating activities, such as feeding sessions and environmental changes, that encourage natural behaviors and enhance the stingrays' physical and mental well-being.

Design & Construction

We provide the design and construction of the exhibit by developing custom plans that meet the specific needs of the animals and our clients, while ensuring safety, functionality, and an engaging visitor experience.

Animal Husbandry

Trained staff provide animal attentive care by ensuring proper redundant critical components, advanced alarm systems, diet, and health monitoring, while maintaining a safe and enriching environment that supports the animals' well-being and natural behaviors.

Life Support Functions

Our support systems include redundant advanced filtration units, temperature regulation, oxygenation systems, and water quality monitoring equipment, all working together to maintain a healthy and stable aquatic environment for the stingrays.

Animal Holding & Care Facility

Our 10,000 sq. ft. dedicated animal holding facility, located in Wichita, Kansas provides a centrally located animal holding center. Operating year round, our center includes multiple pools, each with its own Life Support and customized features to accommodate our animal collection on an as needed basis. Additionally, this facility houses those animals that are no longer appropriate to be on exhibit including our geriatric population that is enjoying retirement.
